Short version

We store what the product needs to work — your account identifier, balances, positions and activity — and nothing beyond that. No identity documents, no bank details.

What we keep

The email address or wallet address you sign in with, a salted password hash if you use an email account, your ledger (deposits, withdrawals, fills), and the settings you change. Timestamps of sign-in are kept so the account panel can show you when it was last used.

What we do not keep

Plain-text passwords, your seed phrase, and your private keys. An email account is a ledger entry, not a wallet we control; a wallet account signs locally in your own extension or app.

Cookies and local storage

One session cookie identifies your account, and local storage keeps interface preferences (selected chain, table settings, watchlist). Nothing there is used for advertising and there is no third-party tracking script on the critical path.

Third parties

Mail for confirmation codes goes through a transactional mail provider. Market data comes from public indexers and a node RPC. Prices are read from their public endpoints; the only thing we send them is the token address being looked up.

Retention and your choices

Ledger rows are kept while the account exists. You can delete the account from the account panel — the ledger is removed with it. For anything else, or to ask what is stored about you, write to support@axiomtra.de.
